Removed Default Avatars Permanently

I have now removed the default range of avatars permanently, as they were an old thing, the image sizes were structured for the last version, etc.

I actually want members to be inspired with uploading their own avatars, to show their own creativity and themselves. What a person uploads can often say a lot about their mood and state of mind... just think mental imagery for those who know about it.
