I recently stopped seeing one of my therapists. It was warrented. Now, I feel I can share this... She would say this or that... and I would say, “I know.” Which... y’know, was just the truth. I did know. And she seemed to be looking for a response, so I gave her one. After a while she started saying “This ‘I know’ stuff isn’t working.”

My response, “I know.”

Hahahahahahaha!

No, no, I didn’t say it. I just really wanted to. She was pretty awful and I'm happy that’s over. It was a terrible fit, but I still learned some things. Let’s leave it at that. I just really wish one time I had given in and said it. Oh well. :laugh:

(This is only funny to me, isn't it? Nobody seems to get my stupid sense of humor.)

My T says he NEVER find me annoying or being 'too much' and also tell me he will never give up on me. Of course I think he is lying, and it makes me get a LOT of not so good impulses. And it makes me think "I bet I can make you get tired of me in no time. You should only know how much I'm controlling my self!"

I want to say 'The need for a strong coffee and a good cry'. Or, 'I really need to learn to concentrate better while under intense emotional pressure, thanks for pointing that out'

I've been under the weather and a bit down, but I made it to my therapist's office. I knocked on the door. She opened it wide with her left hand - a big smile on her face. In her right hand was a huge Starbuck's drink. I smiled back and asked, "Self medicating today or is that for me?"
