Seroquel (quetiapine)

Due to my deteriorating state at present, the doc has given me seraquel 50mg to try.
Yet another drug, that has every side effect under the sun.

Anyone here used it before?

Quick update.

I took my first dose last night, within 10mins I was legless, slept a solid 7hrs, was very groggy all day and am still not too steady on my feet, still very sedated.
