Short term disability, 2nd time this year

Hello,
I was on TDI due to panic attacks and agoraphobia. I went back to work and wasnt able to stay due to the anxiety. I also had new symptoms of depersonalization and dissociation. I quit. I am living off of a very small savings and paying for COBRA. I am going to apply for TDI again but I was told I can't for the same condition. Do I have to ask my doctor about pursuing disability for the dissociation bc they are new symtpoms?

Hello @Lisamarieaxo - I'm really sorry you are experiencing these problems.

This is a site that reaches across the world to many different countries and places therein.

Unfortunately unless you want to say your location - which you might want to think carefully about - it's very difficult for any member to even have a go at answering this. And then it would not be a professional assessment anyway.

Your current circumstances might vary from other people you know or whomever told you the information you currently have. So it's important to access someone who will be able to help you and has the information and authority too.

Is there a help line or somewhere you can go to ask what your entitlements might be?
