ED Silly question regarding eating and hunger

For me it's routine. I do it regardless of whether I'm hungry or not because frankly? Alot of the time I don't know. And I'm already super thin. And I get ALOT of exercise. It's either eat or die. My kids like me a little so I eat. But I never eat a huge meal. I eat several small ones throughout the day because that's all I can do. And it works.
 
When it comes to weight loss I recomend getting thourough strenght training. Muscles burn more fat then any so being strong and agile will benefit in long. Like me know gotten a shitty eating problem, but due to my ground training I can fake it quite a while before it all goes down the drain...lol...
Also I say like some one above here said that training strength and running is my life plank. Even do Im depressed and have the food issues as long as I still exercise it makes me eat to have energy and to stay mentally above water. Atleast as well as Im able too.

Writing this more to myself then any others - kind of a self note. Being active is overall good for me if the aim is to grow also otherwise.Good reminder of the one that mentioned this in comment.
 
@Zoogal I have to eat what Im able to eat. I do eat whole grain and carbos and such...

For trouble swallowing/eating have you tried making green smoothies? They're a great way to increase vegetable intake and get lots of nutrients.

My recipe: kale, salad greens, cucumber, 1 stalk of celery, broccoli, cauliflower, a splash of lemon & lime juices, 1/2 cup coconut water, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup almond milk, protein powder, 1/2 of a frozen banana, 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple. Blend all & enjoy :)

I like to run also. It helped me leave my abusive situation. I understand that some of us burn fat quickly, some burn carbs quickly, etc. So what ever you grativate towards is what fuels you the best. It sounds like protein and fat are your go to plan. I am the same way. I can live off protein and a little fat. They do have the peanut powder which is low in fat and you can stir into anything. Do they have that there, since you like nuts l see. But like you, stress causes me to stop eating. Anger causes me to overeat. Since l have been single, my eating habits are so under control. Hope your hiking travails have improved for you.
