Town of Riverwood. Such a quite peaceful place ( so I spend a lot of time there). :D

Something I did not know. Did anyone else? If you swim up the river in Riverwood ( I believe going south) there is some falls. There are fish all around this falls that you can catch. Also the salmon in the river are trying to jump the falls, like they do in real life I guess, right?

What is the best bow in the game that you have found so far? And where did you get it from??

I haven't found a good bow so far! My archer characters have to rely on poisons.

I have a question too: What is your favourite location or area in the game?

Mine would probably be Valtheim Towers, which are the two towers on either side of the White River with a bridge connecting them high above the water. The towers give you a great view of Eastmarch over the falls--an excellent photo opportunity--and archers may also find something useful there ;)

Anyone found invisibility armor? Like they had in Oblivion? I relied on that and sneaking in oblivion, can't find any yet in skyrim.

Went to the Valtheim Towers. I just followed the river east and found it easily. Very nice, but I did not stop and really look at it. Will have to do that. I also got some money for killing the bandit leader, at DragonsReach. That was a nice bonus for some very easy work.

The bow there is pretty good, at least it was better then the one I was using.

There is also a farm I want to go visit. Mostly because it has a rare herb and because I wonder if the woman there would be a good marriage match for me. Quite farm, somewhere peaceful to go too. Might work out. The farm is also is a fairly remote location, so it would be a good half way mark to other locations. Also why I have not been there yet. I don't like going to far away from the cities.

K, I've played about 11 hours so far. Did find some stuff might be possible triggers. Also get claustrophobic feelings being in the dark places. Right now I think I'm in..um... some excavation site for the Whiterun magic school thing. This game needs a lot of brain power that I don't have anymore, lol. Where am I going? What am I suppose to be doing? Who is that guy again? And why the hell am I asking a little girl to stop picking on some braveclan boy? And why do I care that your parents saved you a spot at this mage school place (Yeah I don't know the name of it- but I am a novice there) since you were a kid or that the pressure you feel is sometimes hard! HUH? lol.

How do you take the pictures?

I haven't figured out how to make/mix potions. Or what ingredients you need. I thought the school at whiterun would be useful but they just do spells...? I think.

And I don't really have to eat or sleep neh?

bleh.

I figure in about 15 years if I'm still haven't learned to make potions I'll just give up on this one. lol.

Oh yeah, and my little brother, who's nine, tells me he "broke" the game and beat the last dragon with his fists because he was that bored. Something about making a potion that increases your ability to build weapons and armor and then enchanting those with other potions.? Yeah, he tried explaining it to me. I don't get it.

I would start with some simple things. Simple tasks. Chop some wood. Get some decent armor and then go hunting in the woods. Collect some herbs while you are at it.

Go to the farms and collect cabbages, carrots, wheat and eggs. You can then sell the collected tings from the farms to some of the farmers who own them. I am pretty sure the farm outside of whiterun does this. Just don't try to kill the chickens, that gives you a bounty. I tired it. Lots of farms outside of whiterun.

Then go into to the city of whiterun. When you first get into whiterun, the first shop on your right I believe is call "war maiden", they will teach you to make leather with your deer and wolf hides. They also teach you how to blacksmith. You can also buy the leather and iron ore you need from the lady standing outside war maiden and from the man inside. But they will give you the the leather and practice stuff, as they teach you.

Also, in the main square of whiterun is a alacmey shop. I can't remember it's name. It is run by a woman who I believe will teach you how to make potions the same way war maidens did with blacksmithing. I believe the court wizard in DragonsReach does the same thing.

Whiterun is like the starter place. It as all the basic stuff.

And no, you don't really have to eat or sleep.

Try to keep it simple for now. You will get used to it. And this way there are no caves to go into.

Also, try this cheat. When you are in the game, press this button on your keyboard ~, then type "tgm.", then ~ again. Now you can not die! I also know a cheat to get lots of gold. Let me know if you want it.

I really just want to start stealing things but so far....have not. :whistling:

There's just a lot to explore. I tried playing Everquest a long time ago, I like RPG's but not to play because of how complex they are. I like simple. Otherwise I get impatient and bored.

I can't figure out how to make big money. That's a big one too. Nor do I really understand the skill building, I think I paid someone to train me to make potions (someone in Whiterun , I think who you're talking about Ayesha....oh so the wizard school is in Wintershold? I don't have the memory for this game lol) but that didn't help me. It probably helped my character I'm sure...but not me. :barefoot:

I'll have to go back to whitehold and figure out the blacksmithing. Thanks. :)

To chop wood you must have a Woodcutter's Axe in your inventory (usually you can pick one up near the wood pile).

I can't remember where I found mine. Check stores too.
