But I saw the video of Saddam being hung in that stairwell.
I saw no f*cken picture of Bin Laden dead. Where the f*ck is the proof and why wouldn't such a jackass

I guess I can't talk regular army here. Maybe it gives them a sense of closure to put it out there...

Disclaimer: This my personal opinion, no fact other then my opinion.

After having served along side and dealt with many SEALs, I don't believe he was the one that actually shot Bin Laden. If you remember there was an upper roar in that community when the unit was identified. I believe that they are letting him speak out, so that he can take the fall for any negative actions. They are very concerned with retaliation upon their family for things they have done, so why not have a fall guy that is too stupid to figure it out.
