Sportsbook Responsive Compatible

I've just finished converting sportsbook over to responsive design, so all should be well now from a users usage.

I converted all user pages, and popup overlays, including you should be able to wage bets on your mobile without issue and view outcomes, wagers, etc, in the overlays. If I missed something, please tell me and ensure you have a screen capture to show me.

Saying all that... as a bookie, responsive design will not work and you need to bookie from a desktop / notebook computer. Settling can be done via mobile, but not the bookie page or features overall, as they're simply too complicated to change and would be useless from a mobile.

Ok, fixed the discovered issue. Sportsbook should be completely responsive, other than the bookie aspect already mentioned.

Fixed an issue that was raised with this, as well as converted the Bookie CP to fully responsive styling as well. It should be 100%, bar any further minor styling errors that occur here and there.
