Starting to have a break from all the nightmares.

For the last couple of weeks I’ve been having a good nights rest. My dreams are no where near the magnitude they where two months ago. I’m thankful because it shows that you can get rest without a benzo or something to help you.


Is this pretty normal. I just started to think it was a attack by satan and I started to dream kinda normally. Oh well. Hope everybody is doing good,

Well benzos don't help with nightmares, but getting off certain medications that were fulling them might.

I think it’s more along the lines that my prayers finally got answered. It isn’t meds. I am still on klonopin. And there are no changes and usually when I stop meds I have more nightmares. I really think God is breaking up all the nightmares. I’m truly thankful I’m getting the sleep I need.
