I got herpes from a predator so it's gotten better but I get very angry and full of anxiety when I get outbreaks. It's difficult. I hate seeing his face.
 
It must be so difficult. I'm prone to thrush and find that experiencing symptoms is so so triggering. Be kind to yourself.
