Hi Anthony and Nicolette, I cant change my answer on the page from maybe to yes. The down side is I have to stay at the army repat for at least another 2 weeks. The upside is I have convinced them that you are trustworthy people and pillars of our community so that I should be in good hands for the walk around Albert Park Lake. If they manage to track you down play along with the story. See you next Sunday.

Come on all you Melbourne PTSD'ers, spouses and family, lets all meet up and go for a relaxing walk, and brekkie afterwards if anyone wants too at a local cafe.

Lets build a social outing that we can all just get outdoors, relax, chat and enjoy life.

Why did I have to set the alarm for a Sunday morning? Why are we going walking in the freezing cold around a lake which would only be colder? Ahhhh....PTSD forum walk. I think this deserves breakfast in bed don't you? I mean being subject to the cruelty of Melbourne weather?!

It will be nice to meet others but bed is so much more inviting right now. Maybe a hot shower will bring about a more enthusiastic attitude along with a portable heater?

Best I get Anthony out of bed as, even though I do take longer to get ready, he should share the joy! He he!

Well, back home now, mid afternoon... an excellent adventure, great company with Ian and PB, thank you both for coming out for some exercise in a relaxing location, and the awesome chat around the lake and coffee afterwards.
