Remember MTS, even if you just turn up, say hi and leave then you have done really well. Walking with us is a bonus. Break it up into baby steps if it helps.

PB came and did really well and I am sure you can too. Anthony is not as scary as he sounds :whistling: and I'm no where near being of any concern either as we all get it.

I am having surgery the Wednesday before this........ if ok I will attend.... may just have to sit in the coffee shop and wait while the others stroll around or I might be racing them around the park......:sneaky:

I will be there... so please don't change plans... I need to get out and walk and talk with others... its just as good for me to socialise with others whilst relaxing as it is for those who attend... so I will be there.

One would think my husband meant to say he has every intention of going on Sunday and it is good for him. He would then continue along the lines of... "If, for some unknown reason Nicolette is quite unwell, he may have to re-schedule or maybe even just cut his time short as she is a priority during this time however it is important for him to manage his PTSD and the walk aides this." :whistling:

Hey guys, sorry I couldnt make it to the walk. I have fallen off the forum a bit but I'm back again. Nicolette, hope you are feeling better. Your posts with Anthony always give me a laugh. I probably need a Nicolette on my shoulder too to interpret things. Hope to make it to another walk soon. Ian

I really wish that I could go on this walk. One, I have this whole walking thing down! I'm really good at the whole left / right thing. Two, Melbourne seems like a really cool city. I have studied many excellent buildings there, so as a future architect, Melbourne is a "must-see" city. Maybe someday...

Hey Ian... good to hear from you mate... the walk was excellent, good company, another participant in our lovely monthly routine, MTS, so thanks to PB and MTS for joining the walk today, and thanks for the great conversation over coffee. I wish I could have stayed our normal longerrrrrrrrrrrr time, though as Nicolette is still unwell and all the issues going on with her at present, the house looked like a bomb hit it, and I needed to get home and sort stuff out and get her new medication, which seems to be helping her feel better with the pain now. So all in all, another excellent day out and look forward to our next months, last Sunday of the month walk.

I missed meeting Missing_the_sunshine :(

Thanks PB for the lovely and thoughtful gift you sent home with Anthony. I noticed you even chose a pink bag ;). Missed our monthly chat :(. I hope we can meet up again next month.
