Hello,

A lot of my friends have been deployed and in combat and everything surrounding the military. I am here because I want to understand PTSD better and how to help my friends if they need it because a few of them have admitted to it and others I worry about.

There are also some wiki articles which are very helpful ... for supporters and for sufferers.
