I have night terrors. Typically they come in a few varieties the ones that happen recently are the ones where I wake up with all the anger in the world, my body feels like molten rock, and every muscle is as tense as could be. I left thinking time-and-again "This isn't who I am?"
Often times it's much more mundane. I wake up at 3ish am and I feel like something is wrong. I get up and check to make sure the house is ok, and eat some food. Typically this is normal for most people, but sometimes I wake up and feel like I just escaped a nightmare.
I am not sure what is harder for me. Knowing I had a nightmare, and have no way to know what it was. if I did know how long would it ring through my head?
Thanks for the read, Alfred.
