My 8 year old gets the biggest charge out of surprising my wife when I go to take a shower by coming up to her naked while she is watching TV, making dinner, or at her desk. It's become a little game; she screams or makes some silly comment, we both laugh and I head back to the bathroom. My psychologist said this is a normal and healthy way for this young part of me to become comfortable with my body and overcome the experience of sexual trauma.
