Hi,
I'm also a grinder, it wakes me and gives me the biggest headache to deal with during the day as the whole of my head is tensed up all night from it... jaw, neck front and back of the head.. ugh drives me nuts... magnesium has helped with the migraines but only dealing with recovery has reduced the severity of the grinding over the past year..
This is a little funny, I have on this topic I'll share with you...
I was working a few years back and this man came into work hes in a wheel chair, I serve him and he asks the polite how are you as I do to him, I was completely honest and said I was feeling crappy as I had a headache that could wipe out a small country, he said that's no good.. and I explained that it was alright :shy: it happens regularly as I grind my teeth at night... as he turned his wheelchair around he said, " that's what happens you've suffered from trauma, I do it too... I'm a Vietnam vet thats how i got into this thing," as he wheeled away... :wideeyed:
Needless to say I was absolutely gobsmacked. And speechless for a few minutes as it dawned on me that he knew just from what I had said that I had suffered trauma also. Enlightened but Wow and sad at the same time. I heard just recently he had passed away.. :( we didn't share much as he was just a customer but I felt a connection right at that moment.
