It'll be fine, your T could be doing a hundred different things that mean she hasn't picked up your text yet and I don't know any T that would judge someone for texting when in need. Try to relax, don't apologise - she may not reply if she thinks you were drunk texting her but might wait to talk about it in session.

If you need to bring your session forward, contact her the way you normally would for scheduling.
