Therapy retreats in uk

I am considering going on a retreat for my CPTSD and wanted to get an idea if anyone had been on them or whether I am being impatient and desperate.

Great thread. I live in Ireland where there is none but would be curious to know if there are any in the UK!

What is a retreat for ptsd? I don’t think we have these in the US unless you’re a Vet.

I am not entirely sure I have just seen a few retreats that involve a schedule of therapy, workshops and midfullness. Wondering if anyone had been on one

If there are any in the UK (there may not be), you won't get it on the NHS, it would essentially be private and you will pay an absolute fortune I'm afraid

I think I am getting to the point I would spend my life savings to get rid of this
