For me, I keep it basic right now. Like I write down all the banal things I do each day - eat breakfast/lunch, take supplements, come to the forum, journal, read, research... things like that. I'm working on a bigger list that would include things like actually helping people (volunteering), leading teams of volunteers in support of nonprofits, all that I do for my mother as her POA (herculean), my accomplishments with my jobs - that I did a really good job and that I worked very hard to pull together some pretty messed up offices/organizations... So, you can start basic or you can parallel a larger list. I'm halfway good with the everyday list, but the bigger one is more difficult for me as my cognitive distortions get in the way and minimize the good things I do and maximize my short-comings that "I" see. Just a thought, like keeping a gratitude journal. Pulling in sources of light to support our inner warriors. VB
