If anyone wants to read a long, interesting, and somewhat amazing book, I totally recommend "Raven Rock", by Garrett M. Graff. The subtitle is "The Story of the U.S. Government's Secret Plan to Save Itself--While the Rest of us Die." It sort of transcends politics.

Maybe it's time to quit watching the news? I honestly can't watch him on TV. I've been listening to the radio a lot more lately. But, it's kind of like watching a train wreck too. Hard to look away. On the other hand, there's not much we can do either. I hope you can stick around for the grand party when he's replaced by someone who's hopefully much better!

The mute button is proof that there is a God. We use it whenever he comes on. I prefer to see what he says in written form to hearing it blasted and reverberated through my body in the most unpleasant way due to the growling voice he often uses. He literally shouts and growls a lot. He reminds me of old film clips of Hitler. No kidding.
