The only way I can survive is to absolutely pay no attention to them

Wish that were possible. Issue is Bella, 10 years of off leash at home, walked on leash, and then off leash at parks. Huge change. We have used a wifi pet system that I can set the diameter she can use. Trash Man is pushing on their being property boundaries that do not, or did not exist. LL gave him half of the field. I can't and won't tie her up outside where she love to spend most of her snoozing time. Or keep her indoors at all times except for potty needs.

Trash Man has a dog. It is treated badly, know of the verbal abuse. He walks it off leash and it does often do its biz on my lawn. Confront, when he screams abuse at me for Bella being on a common drive 25' from where I am sitting. Untenable situation. Have to move. Anxiety panic, vomit …. can not live this way.

OH my heart and prayers go out to you and your dog!!! What a maniac! What is wrong with people?! Maybe you could lay low for awhile; out of sight as much as possible so he will settle down or try to do opposite schedules they keep and just keep to you and your dog and your business. Talk to friends away from that location for support. Don't understand their reactions! Maybe it will settle but I'd protect your dog and self in any way you can.

I am sorry for the late response.

My suggestion is, if you cannot whoop his ass, call the police. Sadly I have dealt with this kind of crap before, even had it on video, and the cops did nothing. So if you can, just beat the crap out of the guy and don't let up even if he cries uncle or apologizes. Sounds serious, I know. But it is serious. What he has done IS a Fair Housing Act violation. And unless you have shit loads of cash to hire a lawyer to sue him or get a court order, there is nothing much you can do.

If you trust the cops, the trust them and call them. Me, I don't trust cops for a reason, therefore the odds are very slim that I will ask them for help.

Situation has been escalating. Involved land lord today requesting where property boundaries are as they will be required for a restraining order. More and more stalking, notes left on my car and front door. Dog shit left on my steps. Hoped to deflate by non response to verbal abuse. Discussed this with the police. Have one great officer to contact and she does not dismiss the threats. Now working on RO. Land lord must respond and his lack of setting property rights, and giving half of them away noted.

The "trash man" had to drive over tarps I had laid out to dry on a finally non rainy day. Tarps were used to cover a new fridge as old had black mold growing in it. Told landlord that the door for old or new fridge would have to be removed. Store delivered and could not remove old or install new. Had to tarp new fridge in the rain. Trash man decided to run over part of the on my (?????) part of the property. The common lane he should not use as he has his own drive way. He yelled out "why don't you f*cking MOVE." so I put out three bricks that make clear where the corner to turn is, in no way blocking the lane. He called the cops. They did not knock on my door. He is has proven himself to be stalking, harassing and abusive, all by himself. Now up to LL and my seeking RO.

Thx for input from all. My dog has been abused also. Winter and she is shedding, hyper vigilant and me same, vomit and hair falling out, no sleep.

Basically these people all use the same tactics, if you aren't in business in some way with them they harass you. I read a lot of this exact stuff happening to many people. Think it's done to keep suspicion off of them and their illegal activities. And usually everyone is in it together. I say ignore him, it seems they are coordinating this to get you to move. Drugs and bully behavior pretty much go hand in hand from what l see. Also constant distraction techniques are very common with these type. Truthfully, l would ignore them and save up to move. If you falter emotionally, you just feed the bully. Maybe ask to move garabage cans to a place where you don't have to hear that. Think once you understand his psychology, you realize it's just all juvenile bs. Really, poop left on your stairs, sounds like a 12 year-old. Slamming garabage lid at 6:30, more juvenile behavior. That's pretty much the IQ level of what you are dealing with. Hope this helps you feel less stressed and realize this may have happened to about twenty tenants before you came. It's a set up, just pick up and move when you can. Sending compassion, stay positive, don't allow yourself to be bullied by a 12 year-old, wife doesn't sound any better. For all you know, she may be in another business besides just the state job. Please stay positive and just realize the underground economy is alive and very busy where you live.

Yes, I have encountered this in some apartments, now l just give people the thumbs up. Great, good job, ok you are yelling, what else is new, pretty much what l expect from a juvenile.

Just as a heads up... Tax Assessments & Property Lines are part of the Public Record. Which means these days you can usually look them up online (or failing that, if your city/state is slow about uploading) you can get that info at the city assessors office. :) So if your landlord is being a dick, dragging his feet, etc.? You don't have to wait on him for the RO.

Looked into all of that. Situation is that there a several parcels involved. Not one per lease and not specified in lease. LL is freaking about my demand for a legal description of my rental property area and the use of "common area." Indeed, why don't I just f*ing move, he has not had to deal with this before. LL, how do you explain the use of some tenants with No Trespassing signs? And that my front door and front steps and car have been abused? For a RO I need and the police and the judge will insist on a legal description for that. "Lady, I have about enough of this, let's say ten feet." Ten feet from where? He hung up. Today texted he will get back to me.

Me, sick. should live in the bathroom. I have never been violent, but know he harmed my dog (bleeding). Between rage and frozen.

Yesterday evening he got together on the common road sharing his weed and talking about what a disturbance I am.

Yester also was a lovely old lady that showed up a few weeks ago about a missing cat. It did not show up, I searched and kept in touch. She came with bags of dog food and treats. Sad, it was for her dog that literally died of grief missing his cat pal. Tiny dog stuff so brought to the local food bank. Returned to the cabal 20 feet from me.

WA, but each county is different. Seattle much more progressive on tenant rights. Kitasp. 20 days notice on month to month. True. 20 days for any reason.
