I was strong today. I had a nightmare about being back in the family home. it was so realistic and vivid I even woke up crying. I felt so tired and triggered and paranoid frightened but I got myself to work and I got on and it was not so bad in the end. it seems I will not be given more than I can handle anymore..but I must always be prepared for a trauma storm.
