I'm only about 3 pounds away from 20 pounds lost. Probably a couple more weeks. Definitely closer then I've been in years. Though, once, I did lose 25 lbs not knowing what I did and gained it quickly back. Hormones. I'm hanging in there. Really need to get more exercise in though this diet doesn't recommend it because of the low calories. Still, some walking should be okay.
It's occurred to me that it will take me longer to lose the weight I need to lose, but I will break it up into sections so that I will not feel so overwhelmed. It's okay. I can do this. I'm finally at a place in my life where I am ready to lose the weight. Emotionally. So many years, too many, I held onto it for comfort. Now I am okay.
