Weekly Social Weight Loss And Exercise Catch Up

I am eating healthy but did some comfort food eating yesterday. I walked on the treadmill until my lower legs and backside was sore. I will do better today.

Learned about a very healthy and tasty snack. Dip rice cakes into cottage cheese. Yum.
 
Good job everyone who is out there exercising! Fabulous!

I did an apple day to help boost my weight loss, since it went up and then stuck there for a few days. I lost 1.8 pounds. That makes up for the gain, so I am a fourth down I believe. I will know tomorrow, since that is the end of my total week and when I add up or subtract the weight. Just good to see it going in a different direction, instead of up or stagnant.
 
Grr, I lost four kilo again, because I'm not going through with eating enough everyday. My parents used to neglect me when it came to food, also dinner used to be a horrible experience, so over the years I developed an aversion to it.

When I'm doing something more interesting, or when I feel kind of stuck, I tend to dismiss meals even when the though pops up in my head "hello there! you should eat!". Does anyone have experience with motivating yourself to eat anyway? How do you go about it?

I went running yesterday after more than a week of not running. I could really notice I hadn't been running, I felt so much tension in my body and it was hard to run the six kilometers that had become easy.
 
I am quitting smoking and the need to eat to fill me up to replace the comfort of cigarettes is quite the battle. I need to do more exercising on the treadmill and eat less.

I have been tracking myself for a week, but I think that I must have missed a day. I thought it ended on Sunday. Haven't lost much for this week. Troubling, but just a minor setback. I'm sure things will get back in swing.
