Grr, I lost four kilo again, because I'm not going through with eating enough everyday. My parents used to neglect me when it came to food, also dinner used to be a horrible experience, so over the years I developed an aversion to it.
When I'm doing something more interesting, or when I feel kind of stuck, I tend to dismiss meals even when the though pops up in my head "hello there! you should eat!". Does anyone have experience with motivating yourself to eat anyway? How do you go about it?
I went running yesterday after more than a week of not running. I could really notice I hadn't been running, I felt so much tension in my body and it was hard to run the six kilometers that had become easy.
