For the first time in my life I feel PTSD-free without soaring on a high and not getting what is happening, really happening, around me. I get the bad things, I get the good things -- have been in balance from the moment I left home for work until now.

Today I feel like somebody has tay-zered me and all I can do is sit and not fight it. I swear somebody may as well turn me into an ornamental flower pot soon. In all seriousness though. I'm beyond exhausted and it's scary because I can't fight it of and it feels like it's slowly consuming my life.

I am feeling great. I am still in the dream that was yesterday, I will clean today and put out my halloween decorations today with my husband. We will have a good day today.

Today comes with that difficult experience of moderate anxiety, confusion and overwhelm.

My neurologist's have recommended next week’s EEG based upon what they believe might be me having had and having regular epileptic seizures, just not of the grand mal type. One was so concerned resulting from Sept. 7th's symptoms and their observations, that he suggested that I not drive. Each prescribed me Valproic acid, even prior to this upcoming EEG, because of symptomology, my history, my family’s history and perhaps the location of a recent lesion.

I've been taking this medicine coming up upon a week now I think, ..and I have since had many challenging new memories, variety of thoughts and mixed feelings about this whole subject.
