High anxiety, tears, hard to breath, tired. Nightmares all night that leave me feeling like I have been hit by a truck. Feeling frustrated with myself. Need to pull it together, have lots to do today.

How I'm feeling is too early to tell, still waking up!

Well, today I have a very strange feeling. I'm feeling a bit like a naughty school boy.

I was going through my bank direct debits trying to work out mine and hers for the imposed divorce.
I came across a payment that I didn't recognize so I rang the company to find out what it was.

It was a life insurance company and the payment was a policy which covers me for an untimely demise.

My wife was near the phone when I made the call so I asked the company how much it would pay out and repeated it. I then asked who I had made the beneficiary and I repeated that (my wife). I then said that I no longer needed the policy and would cancel it immediately.

I would swear that I saw the realization and disappointment before the mask went back on.

Today I feel a lot better; headache and nausia are gone and I feel a lot more relaxed, also less tired =)

I'm prepping for christmas and that gives me a little stress, but it's handleble.
