(((((Greenfrog2)))) I am sad that you are so afraid. I hope it passes soon and you will feel better. I hate the fears and the anxiety that goes with it. I am crossing my fingers for you.


I am feeling alittle better. I ran all of my errands. I am still doing chores. I bought take out for tonight. I hope to have nothing to do tommorow. I am so exhausted from being at the hospital all day.
 
I feel suicidal but I know I don't have to act on it.

My fear levels have been getting really high for quite awhile now and I woke up at 3.30 wishing that I was dead. I tried my guided meditation tape to help relax and distract myself, with minimal success - I just kept thinking of killing myself. It has taken me 3 hours to be able to get out of bed and come here, and your message is one of the first things I have seen. Message to self - I don't have to act on my suicidal thoughts.

My stress bucket has been overflowing for such a long time that I am exhausted and terrified. Having to cope with all of this on my own just adds another layer of "nightmare" to it all. Am going out on the weekend, hopefully a bit of social interaction will help, but then again maybe I will be such a basket case that I won't be ale to cope.....

Just being here is helping me to settle a tiny bit - what a relief!
