What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Still tired and achy, still have restless legs and cramp, still don't know why I feel so bad. :(

A forum friend recommended taking magnesium for the restless legs and cramp so I have started taking it. I've also started eating bananas as I read somewhere they are full of potassium and that could be low too. It could be low iron or low calcium but I just don't know. :confused:

I will have to go to the doctors next week and see what she says.
