Feeling hopeful, feeling scared, feeling tired and managing my emotions and regulating more, so I am feeling competent and capable.

My computer 'croaked' so I am feeling disappointed and a little frustrated. The internet is a big part of my life because I have physical limitations that prevent me from doing a lot of other things.

I am only online now (for tonight) because my niece is visiting and she brought her laptop. I hope that I will be able to get back here and post more as soon as possible.

Feeling good physically. Had good walk in the sun. Refreshing. Happy. Good movies to watch tonight. Looking forward to that and eating salmon.

Dreams of hiding from Nazis again. Metaphor or unresolved former life trauma? That's all I need - two lives worth of PTSD! Interesting though.

I am feeling very happy today. I feel so sad for my daughter who has Fibromyalga and is in so much pain today.

I feel excited because I have a bag of surprises on the table for my eldest granddaughter and I know they will make her very happy.

Ran some errands and it was good to get out of the house today. I feel happy about getting some things accomplished.

I feel healing and growth and am learning and growing right now and I am really excited about this new turn of eve

I am feeling very calm and at peace with myself today. Went out for breakfast with a good friend and the two girls and now they are keeping me company. I feel very relaxed today.

Lonely and I feel so depressed I want to throw up.

Feeling relieved that my cat is now eating again.

We thought she was ill, but all it was, was that she had gone off the food we were feeding her.

A change of food and she is on contented cat again.

Renewed, feeling satisfied and content and in need of a little more sleep but feeling happy.

Looking forward to the huge supper my mum is making. My parents don't care that I'm in my 30's, they're still making me an Easter basket. I'm surprising them with a couple treats today, and stocking them up on goodies from the clearance tomorrow. It's been far too long since I could do things like that for them, it feels wonderful.
