What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I am feeling uncertain. I am feeling scared. I am feeling like I have wasted my life. I wish I had gotten treated for PTSD when I ran away from home when I was 15 to stop my father from killing everyone.

I'm pretty much okay. I know that isn't a feeling, but I can't think of another word that suits it. I'm not happy, sad, or mad. I'm not numb. I'm just living.

I am feeling good that my plans were accomplished and still being accomplished. I also feel exhausted and drained from doing things in the heat.

Wow what a ride it has been. I am going to take it easy tomorrow and watch the fireworks from our front yard tomorrow night.

Looking forward to the long weekend and not stressing about what I "should". Staying in the day and not floating around in next week, next month or next year and panicking myself.

I have a low grade anxiety and I do not know what it is coming from.

I feel happy that I will do some things with the girls. Mabe take them swimming later on.
