I have been vindicated by my therapist today and I am on cloud nine. I am armed with the truth and feel so good and happy about this. I promise never to beat my self up again.

Tearful, I cried a few times this morning (before and after I fell down the stairs) first because I feel so lonely and then because I really hurt my arm in the fall.

Then exhausted and relieved, glad I didn't hit my head.

This morning I had a bad case of cabin fever so I pushed myself out the door and accomplished some things and treated myself and I have a all is well warm and comforting feeling.

I feel a little better today, but still ill physically.

I was able to get out of the bed and watch several episodes of Orange is the New Black. I laughed, I cried...it was good for the soul.

My baby sister is having surgery tomorrow and I am concerned for her because of possible complications. I am too sick to go to the hospital so I am feeling guilty for not being there.
