What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I had a difficult time yesterday because of a mistake I made; I had decided three weeks ago that Abilify was causing weight gain and so I stopped taking it. Bad decision. :( I got hit hard with SAD / Major Depression, and CFS and have been battling hard.. Last night, I felt as if I would die.

I went back on the medication and within 20 minutes I was feeling "normal" again...so today I am feeling; grateful that I am recovering, stupid for my poor judgement, but a bit wiser than I was before.

@Lionheart777 I have done the same thing with my anxiety meds so I know what you mean. I am so glad that you are feeling better.
@Lizio those are really painful feelings and my heart goes out to you in a very big way. You sound so overwhelmed right now. Wish I could take you out for a coffee and you could vent all you want to be heard with understanding.

I am feeling ok today. A little scared about going out to look for a job. Today is a new day for me and I want to start over fresh and take it slow. Go at my own pace. I feel good about this choice.

It truly has been a Friday, the 13th for me. I'm trying to stay grounded but it has been very hard for me.

I went to get gas for the car and I put the nozzle in my car to fill it up and it got stuck. I have had to stand up for myself in so many ways this week, and it has been quite overwhelming for me. I believe I am ready for a time-out from everything but lots of things still up in the air.

I'm feeling shocked and angry because of what's going on in Paris right now. Thinking of the people who have died tonight and those who are still in danger. I hope the police will get the sick bastards who have done and are still doing this.

Angry that I have been lied to about meds. I mean how f*cking unethical is it for a GP to lie about side effects that could cause diabetes, heart problems.

Waking up. So far I feel better physically then I did yesterday. Emotionally I am doing alright. Finished my Christmas shopping and it is all a bit of a let down because it is done. I admit I get a thrill shopping.

Oh the meds, day two and the switch to a less-potent benzo anxiety med is horrible. Silly me, read too far down the page after confirming that yes, this is withdrawal and not the 'mild to moderate discomfort' that my new p-doc told me to expect. I guess this weirdness can sometimes last for years afterward, well ain't that just lovely?
@Lizio Let's make our doctors treat each other, they'd probably do their jobs better after they try riding the meds-go-round.

I am feeling pretty good today, I am happy :happy: and care-free :barefoot: . I do feel a tad lonely :tdown:, but that is okay, it lets me know I still have love :inlove: in my heart to share. :giggle:

I feel refreshed (slept almost eleven hours...without nightmares or waking up).
