tired and a little bit sad but basically I feel well and good despite that.

Full of complaints. My body hurts. I have a headache. I am anxious. I am frustrated and annoyed and irritated. Lonely and stepping on my own feet and biting my own tongue when I go to express whatever I am feeling, because it hasn't been 'vetted' or thought through enough to check to see if it is actually valid. I am sick of that. And feeling invalidated left, right and center. Of course, because every other feeling isn't 'right'. F*ck that.

My grief subsides the more I allow it to be expressed in healing ways

sharing honestly
giving myself space and time to do it
