Sick in my tummy, but less sore in the head, feelings are kind of neutral, I am looking forward to my 2nd T session with my new "early sexual trauma" T though :-).

Me too. Good word.

Im happy. I did as ive been told and used anger for assertiveness. In a staff team meeting. In front of everyone and it felt good.

And it has been building lately. But theres been no explosions.

I'm feeling shaky, collapsy, end-of-tethery, grateful for my guy, head pain, guts have eased, lower back-achey, easily irritated, a mixture of hyper and hypo arousal.
