Chest pains in the center. Probably because thought of going in to work. ? Don't want to chew aspirins as I feel sick to my stomach. :( ?

I feel misunderstood. --- self-doubt and fear. Hopeful but concerned.

Feeling sympathy and sadness for the family friend whose husband passed away this morning. It reminds me in the most painful of ways to hug the ones I love every chance I get. Grateful to have crossed paths with him many years ago and to have shared a lot of laughs through the years.
