What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Physically I am in a lot of pain, mainly my neck and shoulder.

Mentally I'm doing good. I am able to put unpleasant, stressful thoughts into my 'mental handbag' as taught by my T until I'm ready to deal with them and this is helping me sleep better - although that may also be attributed to the wine :eek:.

I'll start. ................

I feel a greatly alarmed.
I feel very angry.
I feel cautious.
I feel confused.
I feel depressed.

I also felt a bit angry today, maybe even a little frightened. But the good news was I was able to find a way to turn that anger and fear into something positive. I hope that you can find a way to turn your feelings into a useful energy of some sort.
