What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I feel sleepy, very aware that my teeth hurt (from the dentist), I'm anxious about it being 2 weeks and my teeth still hurting, and I also feel rushed and stressed about finding a job/if I can even handle one right now because I'm "just" now getting over an existential crisis while mourning my dead abusive grandpa.
 
I am very tired. I am doing my best. I am doing things. It is pretty hard going at the moment. But in 26 days it will start to get easier because it takes 30 days to instil a new habit. So I will keep just going. I know I really need to embrace self compassion and radical acceptance to get to the next stage. I will just have to keep reading and writing about it until it goes in.
