Full course of depressed with a side of numb washed down with feelings of hopeless. Not the kind of meal I wanted for myself today.

needless self created anxiety, must use my coping skills to kick the depression to the curb.

Right now at this minute, I am feeling very good.

I am happy that I got to have Thanksgiving dinner with my mom at the nursing home this evening. I am thrilled that she looks so good at 80 yrs old. I love her and miss her so my happiness is tinged with just a bit of sadness, but overall, I am dong really well and i'm feeling blessed.

Almost crying. So sick of what happens at my work place.

Like running away.

I feel Unwell. I'm not sure what's going on, I just don't feel very good and have been this way on and off for a few days, but today it seems to be worse. I am tried and weak and feel a bit flushed n feverish. Out of sorts and not sure just why.

I have tried catching up on sleep, resting and taking it easy. We'll see how the evening goes, maybe things will get better.
