Feeling annoyed with how embarrassed and ashamed I am that I started taking Xanax and it's awesome...

I smoke medicinal marijuana. My experience with pills hasn't been that great but do work for a lot of people.

Throat hurts from humidifier running out and heat too high last night
shaky from the small amount of black tea in bubble tea drink I had for lunch
filled up to the brim with goodness from my old friend (also my dr's wife) who came to take me to lunch
so grateful for the love of my friends since they are my family

I am feeling all clean and cozy. I am missing my family.

I'm feeling tense, under pressure and forced to socialize.

I'm feeling vulnerable and weak.

I am feeling better now that I am clear on my spiritual beliefs about my friend passing away.

I feel some degree of comfort and healing even though I am still grieving and feel that I am truly loved and supported here.

I feel grateful and humbled.

For the first time in 30 years I feel NO guilt in regard to my son. Hard and determined work to get here.
Feeling very proud of myself.
Feeling freedom I never imagined.

In the moment I feel relief/grateful to hear another Mom (that is loving) express that.
