Happy?! Idk. I feel like crying and I'm overwhelmed with a happy feeling and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. A little high although I haven't done anything to feel that way. Waves of emotion are just below the surface and I don't know how to let them out.

I feel stressed!!!!......I am 48 hours cold turkey without a cigarette after 40 years of smoking.

I am becoming anxious and need to find a new reward system....right now, that system is food.

I am battling headaches, and cravings out the whazoo, but am determined to beat this addiction.

I'm humbly asking for your support.
