What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Feeling down but know it has its purpose. Went to the store and as I was approaching the check-out line, I saw this lady that I knew. I instantly cringed at the thought of seeing her, so I stayed in the back of the store until she was gone.

I thought to myself that I did what I had to do to avoid her and for the first time, I realized that is what she has been doing to me. The last time she saw me, she wanted to hug me, even though she had been avoiding me. It felt really good to take care of me to avoid her and maybe that was the way it was supposed to happen!
 
I am focusing from the heart and keeping my mind as positive and uncluttered as possible. I feel inspired and empowered.

I also feel very fortunate and grateful that there are others here who understand me. Sometimes it seems that only peers and therapists understand, but I know that is not entirely true....*(My friends do what they can to support me).

I feel strong and cautiously optimistic.
