Ashamed of yesterday's emotional meltdown, but thankful that I was alone. Definitely need to get a tighter grip on my emotions, out of my own head and redirect my own negative thoughts.

I don't feel as panicked and hypervigilant as I was over the last week. I'm tired, drained and hungry. I want a little peace. Local hotel tomorrow, four days to be alone and try to unwind/rest.
