Stressed as there are so many family members in Dayton. Fortunately everyone is OK.

I am feeling physical pain and a bit of irritability. Somehow I manage to be a happy camper most of the time anyways.

I feel like I need out of my head for one damn night. My drug-induced early 20s made me realize there is truly no such thing, so instead I remind myself that's impossible, try to unclench my jaw and distract myself from the gnawing anxiety

Woke up this morning with overwhelming depression, which has been growing. I tried an otc anti-depressive I've taken before that's been helpful in year's past, a mineral depleted with stress, and coffee (and nicotine?) intake, but seems not helpful. Or the depression maybe would be worse without, Idk.

Now I feel overwhelmed with anxiety. I come back to thinking the anxiety fulls the depression (eventually)

I feel overwhelmed, terrified, anxiety-filled, scattered, pretty hopeless.
