Feeling overwhelmed trying to meet non-stop competeing needs; Taking these two minutes here upon the forum to make sure I remember to breathe. ............1. ............2. O.k. ...I'm done.

Happy. I had a great visit with my carer the other day, and I can't wait to see him again in 2 weeks, plus then school starts again, and I'm excited for that too. Hope this feeling lasts until then. :D

I'm feeling really relaxed and peaceful. Bought myself a beautiful candle after work and did some meditation and visualization exercises which really took the edge off.

Very grateful that everyone will forgive an off day on my part.

It's 3 years today. New Years Eve. Since seeing a human body after jumping from 5 storeys onto solid concrete. And it was my best friend.


And all my gf can do is say (completely honestly) 'Im so proud of you'. I asked her last night what I did SO right to deserve such a beautiful woman as my partner and she gave the ~perfect answer~

Grateful. Shedding some tears, but very very grateful. Having such a beautiful, wonderful, understanding, kind, loving, sweet, empathic partner feels as surreal as the moment 3 years ago. So I guess they balance each other out.
