I feel shaky and anxious. I'm still getting over the massive anxiety attack I had on Thursday and Friday. But I did do some baking today which I feel good about.

Feeling mute. I get this way when I cannot talk, it is so hard to talk. A long term affect my ex still has on me when he made me become mute for a whole year.

When I do talk, it is like it is somebody else.
