What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I am still feeling good, lots of energy. I hope it lasts. Although I am not at work this week, I am doing 3 community car drives today and I have acupuncture this afternoon. I have challenged myself to go to a W.I meeting tomorrow night, then on Thursday, I have to go through Birmingham to to to see a dental surgeon and then I am meeting a friend who is across from Ireland.

I'm feeling seriously panicky despite having gotten up and putting in a great power walk this morning. I have some how slipped into the habit of eating later in the day than I know is good for me which kicks in a sense of terror at loss of control - all connected a time filled with pain and consequence. I can feel my stomach rolling and my knees going weak. This ride sucks!

I'm grateful my Hunny is home today so hopefully I can stay focused understanding this does not have to be a scary day it is simply a feeling that be managed. (I sure prefer not feeling this way though.)

((((((Srain)))))) Hugs to you sweetie. x

I felt a little better with this anemia thing yesterday. I went out for a short walk around the village and took it really easy (being in the house is driving me insane).

After dinner last night I had half an hour of heart palpitations where my heart rhythm was all over the place. Then, my heart would miss a beat for a few seconds and for that brief amount of time I couldn't breath. I was so scared!

It calmed down after a while but in that time I was fixed to my seat to afraid to move. :(

Blood test on Wednesday and then another week until the results come back. Not good.
