I am feeling better, I really fought at the negative self talk and the anxiety. I am feeling so much better. I think there is something in the air so many people are having it rough today.

I am feeling so proud of ME!!!!

Tonight I went to the W.I meeting all on my own. I even participated and contributed to the conversation. It was so friendly. The guest speaker was a Cartoonist, he soon had us doing characitures (sp) of famous people. He would draw them on a flipchart bit by bit and we copied them. It was such a laugh. When I came home with mine, even H could identify who some of them were.

There is no meeting in August, but I will be back in September.

I am on such a high but I need to calm down before bed.

Happiness, acceptance of myself, and excitement for my future. Excitement inevitably turns into a bit of anxiety but thats ok. I have a date on Thursday! With a smart pretty girl who seems very kind caring and seems to like me. You guys dont know me, but the screenname is apt, I have been a completely loner my whole life, this is huge, and I am ready. Really don't even have that much anxiety, I think things will go fine.

Thanks everyone!!!! I went in to do some paperwork and I start this Friday...

I'm feeling excited however had to do a physical for work and was anxious early cause I don't like to be touched or examined... I was able to stay cool and not freak out like I did when I went in for a knee exam earlier this month.
It was nerve racking and I felt exposed sitting in my gown n all but I made it... Sanely I hope :)

While Anthony was doing maintence on the site, I was looking for pictures. It sure is a relaxing thing to do. I was totally absorbed. I lost myself and enjoyed myself thouroly. I am feeling so very good right now.

((((PH)))) so sorry your daughter will be leaving. I know how you must feel, had those feelings when I had to leave the region to go to University, hoping to get a steadier and professional job. Now I have 2 who are close and my 2 youngest stayed in the Lac St-Jean and Saguenay region. They love that place too much to leave. One tried and left after 2 months. Now, even if I don't see them as ofter as the other 2, I know my babies are HAPPY and that means alot to me. Hope my story sooths a bit your broken heart.

I am still feeling on a high from last night. I was tired though.

I've only just got out of bed, 11.50am and that is fine. I feel I deserve a quiet day.

Feeling like there is too much too do and I am not capable. Doubting myself so deeply and wondering if I have it all wrong. Wondering where these thoughts come from so early in the morning and why I just wake up this way?

I hate feeling weak and vulnerable. That is what I am feeling right now and I don't like it.
