So nervous! The health advocate is on her way to my house so we can talk over some programs and care options. She sounds really nice, but I'm nervous anyhow.

I am feeling weird. I cannot explain it. I am doing what I always do, but I just feel so strange. More side affects from the emdr. I am amazed at how it affects me after a session. I do not know what this means. So for the most part i am just ignoring it.

After spending the morning here- I think I am feel encouraged and hopeful but alas exaustion inevitable wins.

Hopeful , thoughtful.
On the way home from the grocery store I heard a song I have listened to since I was 18 and it finally clicked "Oh! I get what the song means now!". That was pretty cool.

I'm tired, but giddy and very very grateful for the clinic I found and all the ways they're helping me. Thanks to my new patient-advocate friend I'm going to get insurance! Insurance means I can see the specialists I should for some of my chronic medical conditions. I'm five years or more overdue for those exams. It even covers dental- no more just getting the sore ones yanked out, I can have them repaired! She's even going to help me with applying for disability.

Feeling like an absolute fraud at work. Like I'm just taking up space and not worthy of being here. Guilt and shame at fooling all these people into thinking I could do this. I hate these sorts of days.

I feel worried and anxious because there's a thunderstorm outside and my son is driving in it. This scares me so much that I won't be able to sleep until he comes home. I wish I could call him but I don't want him taking his attention off the road. Thunderstorms always trigger something for me.

I feel much more calm today. I am getting used to my fracture boot, and my physical pain is less! I am still bummed about not being able to walk my 3 miles, but am looking for new exercise options.

I am better tonight as I can read and write again. Not so scared of myself and "out of my head".

FINALL, got my room ,where all my "stuff" had been, done!! Yeah! :tup: Still hesitating on sending those slides out but got the address printed out and the letter printed so it is going out today or tomorrow morning. The last 2 nights my head has been killing me either from the vacuuming or the stressors.

Oddly I have bruising all over me but bloody bruising around my wrists and hands. I can honestly say this has been one of the roughest purges I have emotionally to date.

I'm less anxious today. Will be glad when the trip to the doctors will be over. :)

Starting to get exited for the holiday tomorrow-I need it I think!
