Feeling I need not to fight with traumatic memories. Don't know but it keeps making me fearful more. So need to feel more positivity and go with the flow of my life.
I am feeling better. This thinking positive is really helping me. I do not have the feelings of dread for the morning chores I usually do. I am beginning to feel better. I am focusing on the present and the now. I cannot do anything about the past. The emdr has been helping me so much.
I feel better. This will be a good day for me and my husband.
I feel sick and my tummy hurts, my ears are ringing and my head is fuzzy, the room is spinning, arms are throbbing and I can't breathe too well. I have sharp pains and I want to cry. :(
